The transaction side of things with retrohandhelds.com went perfectly well. No complaints there. Chris is super helpful and willing to chat. The unit itself has some flaws. Sometimes the device just decides to tap and click randomly anywhere on the screen and i need to reset the device to fix it. While anbernic claims this device can run Gamecube games or PS2, i greatly disagree. The device gets hot quickly and some games will indeed run but with major lag and audio crunching. If you expect to use this device for the newer consoles, this is not the device you need. For the more retro stuff, this thing is perfect. Anything under N64 plays flawlessly. Thumbsticks work perfectly but sometimes the sensitivity needs to be tweaked. Other than that, the unit feels very solid and the size is pretty decent. Wish it came with a carrying case though.
The whole shipping process was very fast. Rg405m is very beautiful and fulfills very well what it promises. I have not yet been able to experience all its functions but, from the little I have been able to see, I am satisfied. I had watched some reviews criticizing the screen of the rg405m but, honestly, I thought it could be much worse than it is in fact. The only real problem is that it is very dark, even with the brightness at the maximum. Other than that, everything perfect.
Super perfect recommend to everyone the laptop is sensational.
